Noel works closely with the eOne development and production divisions around the world, as well as third party independent producers, to acquire television product for distribution to all media outlets across scripted and non-scripted. Based in London, he sources and secures premium scripted and non-scripted programming at the earliest stages to complement the studio’s growing portfolio of world-class content. Before joining eOne, Hedges served as EVP, Content at DRG, where he developed and oversaw the company’s content strategy, bolstering their scripted catalogue and finding new opportunities to grow the business in a highly competitive market. Prior to that, he held key senior roles at Shine International and ITV Studios Global Entertainment. Throughout his career, Hedges has forged deep links with the Australian production community and has worked with many producers on various projects, including most recently, working with Lingo Pictures on Sky/FOXTEL’S “Upright”, Werner Film Productions on “The Newsreader” for ABC/BBC and Helium Pictures’ upcoming “Paper Dolls” for Ten.
