Hoodlum is an Emmy® and BAFTA Award-winning production company founded in 1999 by Tracey Robertson and Nathan Mayfield and operating between Australia, the US and the UK. The company's global slate runs across scripted and unscripted television and feature film with projects in development and production with Paramount +, ABC, STAN, CBS International and more.

Hoodlum's most recent productions included action-thriller LAND OF BAD, starring Russell Crowe and Liam Hemsworth, and drama series IN OUR BLOOD for the ABC. Hoodlum also recently produced the romantic comedy feature films CHRISTMAS ON THE FARM, which premiered on Stan, and A PERFECT PAIRING for Netflix, which hit number 1 globally. The third season of FIVE BEDROOMS premiered on Paramount Plus in Australia and Peacock in the US, with the fourth season set to release in May 2023.

Currently, Hoodlum is working on the feature film NO FRIEND BUT THE MOUNTAINS based on the award-winning book from Kurdish-Iranian journalist Behrouz Boochani who chronicled his harrowing experiences as a refugee seeking asylum in Australia, which resulted in his incarceration on Manus Island.

Tracey is the Chief Content Officer for Emmy® and BAFTA Award-winning film and television production company, Hoodlum, and the current President of Screen Producers Australia.

Hoodlum operates between Australia, the US, and the UK and produces feature films, television, and digital content. In 2021 Tracey produced a feature film for Stan and a feature film for Netflix and worked across Hoodlum’s development slate. Both features proudly secured the gender equitable production stamp from Reframe. Tracey has also Executive Produced feature film Land of Bad and television series In Our Blood.

Prior to producing Tracey was the CEO of Screen Queensland for more than five years, and was the Executive Vice President of International Production for Ausfilm for 10 years.
