Under her leadership, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and rebranding, while continuing its long-standing commitment to protecting productions of all sizes across Australia and internationally.

With more than 30 years’ experience in insurance broking, risk management and executive leadership, Fleur brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to insurance. She leads the firm’s strategy, governance and regulatory oversight, and works closely with the teams to structure tailored insurance solutions across the full insurance lifecycle. Her experience includes complex placements in the local and international markets, including Lloyd’s.

Fleur’s broader career spans senior roles with global broking firms including Willis, Aon and Jardine Lloyd Thompson, where she managed sophisticated, multi-line portfolios across diverse industries. This breadth of experience, combined with her understanding of the unique risk profile, enables her to deliver commercially pragmatic advice in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fleur holds multiple professional qualifications within the insurance industry.
