Join us for the official opening of SCREEN FOREVER 40, where the industry comes together to mark the start of the conference.

We recommend grabbing lunch at one of the many great Gold Coast options before arriving, so you can settle in ahead of the session and be ready for the conference to officially begin.

Creating your agenda

Use the Delegate App to browse the full conference program and add your must-see sessions to MY AGENDA by clicking the REGISTERbutton in your desired session.

View MY AGENDA to see your selected PROGRAM sessions and your SPA Connect sessions all in one place.

Can't see the REGISTER button on a session? That means you've already got something scheduled at that time. View MY AGENDA to manage your schedule. You can easily Cancel Registration to a session.

SPA Connect Market

SPA Connect Marketplace Roundtables limits have been lifted, and there are a few spots left available to book! The roundtables are a great chance to meet with hosts in a relaxed, Q&A style environment and learn more about their business and strategies.

Remember to arrive at the SPA Connect Check-In Desk 15 minutes before your Roundtable and Matched Market Meeting sessions to ensure all sessions can start on time.

Networking with Delegates

Make the most of the Delegate App by reaching out to delegates that you want to connect with. Once you are connected, you can message them using the Chat feature.

Not ready to connect? Use the Star Icon to add to your Favourites and create a list of people you you want to follow up with after the conference.

The app will remain live for 3 months after the conference, so be sure to make use of this feature and keep making those important connections!

Audience Q&A

Submit questions for speakers and panellists during sessions with a Q&A segment, to be asked by the moderator. You also have the option to upvote questions from other delegates, to put them to the top of the moderators list.

The Q&A for each session will go live as the session starts, and you will be required to be logged in to submit questions. No anonymous questions can be submitted.

The QR code to download the Q&A app will appear on the screen at the beginning of each panel, and at the commencement of the Q&A segment.

With warm Gold Coast weather expected, we recommend dressing for comfort across the day - think relaxed, smart-casual attire suitable for moving between sessions and meetings.

When it comes to the SPA Awards and SCREEN FOREVER Gala Party, it’s time to turn it up. Go classic cocktail or black tie, or lean into bold colours, statement looks and a bit of flair. This is your chance to celebrate in style.
