Alongside the company's finances, Steve leads business development at Northern Pictures driving new revenue opportunities, creator and digital content strategy, and archive-driven development across the Northern Pictures slate. A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years' experience spanning commercial and public practice, he brings an unusual blend of creative development and production finance to every project.

Before joining the group, Steve was commercial manager for productions at Seven West Media, then Australia's largest producer of long-form premium content, where he provided financial oversight across the entire slate.
