Lisa Squillace is the General Manager of Motion Entertainment a WPP Media Company, leading the business unit that co-develops, co-produces, and distributes premium content while delivering bespoke brand opportunities. These have included productions such as Dancing with The Stars, Footy Shorts, NBA Down Under, Traitors Australia and RIVALS.

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in media and entertainment, specialising in the development of new business models, commercial concepts, and the implementation of multi-million-dollar brand investments in premium cross-platform content. Her career spans Seven, Nine, and Network Ten Paramount, where she built high-performing sales teams, launched digital channels, and worked on sponsorships and commercial partnerships around shows such as MasterChef, MKR, Australian Idol, and Big Brother at their peak.

She was previously National Sales Director at Network Ten Paramount and has served as Chair of the Think TV board. Lisa is a recognised winner in the B&T Women in Media Awards, multiple wins leading the National and State sales teams in Mediai Australia Awards from 2018-2023.
