Liz Ballantyne is an Art Director, Mentor, and Women in Games Ambassador with over 20 years of experience in the games industry. She has collaborated with globally recognised brands including Apple, Netflix, Disney, Hasbro, and SEGA across both mobile and AAA console titles.

Most recently, Liz led the artistic vision on Carmen Sandiego™ and the award-winning The Oregon Trail™, both celebrated for their striking visual direction and commitment to inclusive representation.

A mentor at heart, Liz empowers others through initiatives such as Women in Games International, IGEA Mentors, and The Rookies. Recognised for her contributions to gender equality in the industry, she also serves on the QUT Industry Advisory Board, continually advocating for positive change.
