Helen is one of Australia’s most prolific and highly awarded television drama producers. She has also built and sold two production companies. Helen was a founder and Managing Director of Matchbox Pictures, which sold to NBCUniversal in early 2014. In 2015 she formed Lingo Pictures with Jason Stephens and in late 2022 Helen and Jason sold a majority stake in Lingo to ITV Studios (UK).

Helen has Produced or Executive Produced seventeen high end dramas since 2011 including: Watching You; After the Party nominated for a BAFTA in 2025 and screening on Channel 4; Prosper for Stan and Roku; two seasons of The Secrets She Keeps for BBC1 and Paramount+; and two seasons of Upright starring Tim Minchin for Sky UK and Foxtel. The Slap was also BAFTA nominated and along with The Devils Playground won Helen the AACTA and the Logie for Best TV drama in the same year. Lingo’s new show Shakedown about the Robodebt scandal is currently shooting in Sydney for the ABC.
