Tenille currently serves as the Head of Scripted Content and Talent at Screenwest, where she leads the design, development and delivery of the scripted production funding, project development and creative talent programs, supporting strong, culturally significant storytelling and the growth of the screen sector in Western Australia.

Prior to Screenwest, Tenille produced a slate of critically acclaimed Australian feature films which premiered at major international festivals including Venice, Berlin, Busan and Tallinn, and have collectively received multiple AACTA nominations and major awards including the Cinefest Oz Film Prize.
