Katherine is the Content Manager, Originals, at Netflix ANZ. She was previously the Scripted Development Manager at Matchbox Pictures, having worked on multiple titles including 'Bad Behaviour' (Stan), 'Critical Incident' (Stan), 'House of Gods' (ABC) and most recently, as Development Producer on 'Dog Park' (ABC, Silver Logie Winner - Best Scripted Comedy Program). She has held multiple roles at screen agencies including as Fiction Development Manager at Film Victoria (VicScreen) and Development Executive at Screen NSW, Screen QLD and Screen Australia. During her time as Head of Development at Arenamedia, the company developed projects including ‘The Turning' and 'Paper Planes', and produced the feature film 'Balibo' . At Jan Chapman’s Waking Dream Productions she developed projects including 'The Babadook', 'The Daughter' and 'Babyteeth' (Official selection, Venice Film Festival, winner 9 ACCTA Awards). She produced the short film 'Family' (‘The Turning’ – MIFF) and the two-part doco-drama television series 'Stories I Want To Tell You in Person' for Matchbox Pictures (MIFF, ABC). She is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts (BA, Dramatic Arts) and QUT (Post Graduate Business/Marketing).
