While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our daily lives, restricting our movement and causing ongoing uncertainty in our lives, we have moved the 35th SCREEN FOREVER conference and content market online for the safety of our industry and community.
SCREEN FOREVER has been reimagined, through an interactive digital platform that will inspire, engage and connect us all, regardless of your physical location.
Any delegates who were registered for a GOLD COAST pass on 13 January 2021 when we announced the move to an online event will be automatically moved to a SILVER pass. SILVER pass holders have access to watch all conference sessions online, request digital 1:1 meetings with other delegates and submit their preferences for SPA Connect meetings and pitches. All the SPA Connect action - including Ready, Steady, Pitch! and the Screenrights Roundtables - will now take place online.
You don’t have to do anything. A full refund of the price difference will be processed from 14 January and you will receive a confirmation via email (check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive an email within 10 business days). Your existing username and password for the platform will remain the same.
If you have purchased a BRONZE or SILVER pass, your registration will not be impacted by these changes.
Other refunds will be handled in line with our existing refund policy below.
Refund Policy - General
Ticket cancellation requests, not related to the above physical event cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers and will incur the following cancellation fees:
When notice received more than 91 days prior to the event: $50 administration fee charged on each refunded ticket.
When notice received between 90 and 61 days prior to the event commencing: a 30% cancellation fee.
When notice received between 60 and 31 days prior to the event commencing: a 50% cancellation fee.
When notice received 30 days or less prior to the event commencing: not eligible for refund.
All tickets can be transferred into the name of a new delegate at no cost right up until 10:00am AEST on Tuesday, 16 February 2021 by emailing registration@screenproducers.org.au.
Only one name change per ticket is allowed.
