Since joining the agency in 2018 Jennie Hughes has led Screen Territory through a period of significant growth and change overseeing record levels of production. Key recent productions include the Netflix flagship hit series "Territory", STUDIOCANAL’S feature film "Kangaroo", CBS Paramount+ "NCIS: Sydney", Stan's hit series "Thou Shalt Not Steal" and Amazon Prime’s "Lost Flowers of Alice Hart", "Top End Bub" and "Deadloch Season 2". Under Jennie's leadership Screen Territory won the 2022 Chief Minister’s Award for Excellence in Building a Strong Economy and was a finalist in 2024. Prior to joining Screen Territory, Jennie held senior positions in the screen sector including CEO New York Film Academy; COO Screen Queensland; Festival Director, Brisbane International Film Festival; Executive Director Open Channel; Head of Programming Ovation Channel, Head of Programming Virgin Vision and Executive VP Macquarie Filmed Investments where she managed over $100 million of screen production.
