We’re eagerly counting down the days until we welcome you back, in-person, to SCREEN FOREVER 38
on the Gold Coast. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should SCREEN FOREVER 38 be unable to proceed for health and safety reasons and/or because of Government Health Directions, the event will proceed as a digital only event. All Gold Coast passes will automatically receive a refund equal to 50% of their registration costs and have full access to the digital event, including SPA Connect which will take place online.

TRANSFER POLICY

All tickets can be transferred into the name of a new delegate at no cost right up until 10am, 18 March 2024 by emailing registration@screenproducers.org.au.

REFUND POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to SPA.
 

If your cancellation notification is received by SPA:

1. more than 31 days prior to the event, the greater of a $50 administration fee or 5% of the ticket price, is charged on each refunded ticket.
2. between 30 and 8 days prior to the event commencing, a 25% cancellation fee is charged on each refunded ticket.
3. 7 days or less prior to the event commencing, the delegate is not eligible for any refund.
