SCRIPTED TV | UNSCRIPTED TV Ultimately, like most networks/platforms, Sky Originals are looking for bold, brave and unique stories. Something at stands above the rest. We are reasonably genre agnostic but horror, sci-fi and feature length films are more difficult. Australian / New Zealand co-productions are high on our priority list, but it is essential that these are based around a story authentically NZ and Australian in nature. We need stories that speak to both our fabulous countries. For unscripted, our target audience is 25-54 with a thirst for knowledge. We are open to all factual and documentary genres including obs-doc, limited series and presenter-driven factual. All ideas should have compelling access, an attached asset (e.g. story, characters, audience, IP, known talent) and high production values. We are not currently looking for all out comedy, studio entertainment or competitive reality. Importantly, all series must have a strong New Zealand element to be considered. All ideas should have high production values and the ability to generate noise via traditional and social media. Each pitch session runs for 10 minutes and consists of producers pitching their project to industry buyers and receiving immediate constructive feedback.
