Extensive research is imperative before booking Ready, Steady, Pitch! Meetings to be sure you are meeting with the right buyer for your project.
Ready, Steady, Pitch! Briefs can be found on each host profile on the Screen Forever website.
Yes, you are welcome to bring pitch materials to show the buyer on your laptop or iPad. However given the buzzy nature of the Ready, Steady, Pitch! event we suggest sending any video materials through after the meeting rather than sharing during the pitch.
All sessions, meetings and events are listed in AEST (Queensland time) on the SF website.
You can adjust the time zone settings to your local time zone on the website or on the mobile app (once released).
Ensure you set your time zone to AEST while on the ground in Queensland, and change back to your local time zone when you return home if you are participating in the Online Global Market.
Please email connect@screenproducers.org.au with any further questions.

Screen Producers Australia respectfully acknowledges the people of the Yugambeh language region, the traditional owners of the lands on which we meet. We thank the traditional custodians for welcoming us all onto their lands.
We acknowledge and pay respects to them and all their descendants both past and present. We also acknowledge the many Aboriginal people from other regions as well as Torres Strait and South Sea Islander people who now live in the local area and have made an important contribution to the community.
