Melissa is a Producer and Company Director of Factor 30 Films, a Perth based production company that champions bold, creative projects with women in the lead on and off screen.

Recent credits include the 12 x 30 min comedy/mystery series POPULATION 11 starring Ben Feldman for Stan and Jungle Entertainment, the IGGY & ACE comedy series for SBS Digital Originals, the feature documentary LAURA’S CHOICE by Sam Lara and Cathy Henkel and the AACTA Award winning comedy/drama series UPRIGHT for Lingo Pictures, Foxtel and Sky UK starring Milly Alcock and Tim Minchin. Melissa produced I MET A GIRL in collaboration with Monsoon Pictures which stars Brenton Thwaites, Lily Sullivan and Joel Jackson. In 2016 Melissa produced the feature HOUNDS OF LOVE by writer/ director Ben Young which premiered at the Venice Film Festival and went on to screen at over 70 international film festivals starring Ashleigh Cummings, Stephen Curry and Emma Booth who won Best Actress at the AACTA Awards. Melissa also produced the AACTA nominated short film KARROYUL by writer Kim Scott and director Kelrick Martin and the feature film BLAME which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2010.
