UNSCRIPTED TV

The SBS Charter informs all that we commission, and we seek projects that explore and reflect diversity in all its forms at their core. Our Unscripted slate at SBS includes factual programs, documentaries, food, entertainment, and history but from a lens of contemporary issues and identity. We’re looking to create moments that cut through, start national conversations and spark debate, and have meaningful impact. We’re seeking shows that offer a unique or provocative way of tackling subject matter, whether it’s through approach, tone, talent, style and format. We want ambitious and noisy ideas that provide an important contribution to the national conversation, as well as projects that entertain and delight. We have a dynamic and unique unscripted slate and are looking for shows that contribute to the breadth and depth across our offering, all underpinned by our unique purpose as a broadcaster at SBS.
