As the SVP of Global Content, Non-Scripted at ITV Studios, Cecilie Olsen heads up the non-scripted acquisitions team.

Olsen also actively seeks out new independent co-production partners, as well as oversees the internal labels' non-scripted programming output for international distribution. Olsen is looking for shows that are bold, brave, noisy returnable franchises and highly commercial. Successes include Love Island, A Year On Planet Earth, 24 Hours in Police Custody, Hells Kitchen and Born To Kill.
