As Director, Animation Production & Development - Kids & Family, Bailey sources, develops and manages the development and production of long and short-form animated content for Paramount’s platforms and global kids’ brands including Paramount+, Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. Bailey’s recent Production Executive credits include Best & Bester and LEGO City Adventures Season 4. Additionally, Bailey co-runs the Nickelodeon Intergalactic Shorts Program, an initiative designed to identify and develop creative talent from around the world.
