Jorjia is a Budawang/Yuin woman and an Investment Manager in the First Nations department at Screen Australia, she has worked across such projects as WOLFRAM, WINDCATCHER, THOU SHALT NOT STEAL, RECKLESS, MYSTERY ROAD ORIGIN SERIES 2, ONE MIND, ONE HEART and EMILY I AM KAM. She has extensive experience in story development and worked previously at the Australia Council for the Arts, Playwriting Australia and Bell Shakespeare. She holds a Bachelor of Theatre and Performance from the University of New England. As a playwright, Jorjia was a part of the Griffin Studio 2024 and was the Balnaves Fellow in 2020.
