Tanya used to produce some of the biggest shows that have been watched in most people’s living rooms (think Big Brother, Masterchef, Goggle Box). She also thrived in making live broadcast content (News, The Weather Channel, Stargazing Live, Sunrise).

With a neat sidestep behind the scenes, Tanya worked as an entertainment lawyer, negotiating and leading contracting for film and television, while building up her knowledge bank of different deals and structures.

Currently the Head of Content at Screen Queensland, Tanya leads her team to be innovative and strategic, and is making waves in creating opportunities for practitioners in the online space. Often a moderator or panelist, Tanya brings a fresh practical perspective.

Tanya is an MBA graduate, a certified compliance professional and lawyer and was recognised as one of Australia's emerging media and entertainment professionals early in her career from Screen Producers Australia.
