Biography
Bettina (‘Tina’) Dalton (p.g.a) is one of the founding Principals and Executive Producers, as well as a Director, of WildBear Entertainment, an Australian integrated factual entertainment company, producing compelling factual content across theatrical, television and streamer.

While Bettina’s first passion is stories of the natural world, and our place in it, she has produced and directed diverse genres of award-winning content for most international Television. Many of her projects are borne from the discovery and reimagining of little-known film archives, and she is passionate about stories that resonate globally and that shift the dial on social and environmental issues.

Her recent projects include the Emmy-nominated and multi-award-winning feature documentary ‘Playing With Sharks’ about the life and legacy of pioneering Australian underwater diver, filmmaker and shark advocate, Valerie Taylor (for Dogwoof and Madman Entertainment, officially selected to premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2021 as well as Hot Docs, CPH: DOX, DocsBarcelona, MountainFilm (Telluride), Doclands and AACTA), and feature documentary ‘Rachel’s Farm’ about director and actress, Rachel Ward’s, journey from ecological despair to finding hope in the soil beneath her feet (for Madman Entertainment, officially selected to premiere at the Santa Barbara Film Festival 2023 and Sydney Film Festival 2023).
