Aimee Huxley is a former Senior Production Manager with over fourteen year’s experience in the Screen Industry, across the United Kingdom and Australia combined.

Following SPA’s Council Leadership Diversity Mentorship in 2024, Aimee has started her own business Inclusive Consulting which offers a range of accessible and inclusion workplace solutions, with expertise in the Screen, Creative and Arts sectors.

Proudly identifying as a female leader with low vision, Aimee values strong connections with the disabled community. She regularly engages in Community events and discussions promoting Diversity and Inclusion, whilst actively advocating for equal opportunity in public forums.
