Mark is the CEO, and sits on the Executive Board of VA Media, a global company based in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia that builds and monetises entertainment brands across YouTube, AVOD, SNAP and other social video platforms. Under Mark’s stewardship, VA Media has become a leader in this market with over 50 Owned and Operated plus managed channels. It is now one of the largest video entertainment partners for movies and TV for YouTube in Australia and the US, boasting one of the largest independent movie networks on the platform. With over 20 million subscribers and 80 million views every month, studios, film and distributors from around the world reach their tailored international audiences.

VA Media also provides a broad range of digital services to global broadcast and content companies such as Warner Media, Sony Pictures, NRL, Studio Canal and more, where they develop strategies to increase audience engagement and revenue growth.

Throughout his career, Mark has worked across multiple industries to successfully launch and grow new and innovative digital revenue streams for companies including Warner Music, Murdoch Books and the Redhill Education Group using his digital expertise. He has completed the Australian Institute of Company Director’s course.

Mark currently resides in Sydney with his wife and 3 children. He continues to explore his keen interest in independent music, along with his other passions, mountain biking and tennis.
