Chris Ledlin is a digital media executive at the intersection of technology, media, and the creator economy, currently serving as YouTube's News, Podcasting, Film & TV Strategic Partnerships Lead at YouTube AUNZ (Google). He oversees some of YouTube's largest verticals in the region, driving partnerships that help companies & the creator economy scale their digital businesses and adapt to the evolving media landscape.
Chris played a key role in launching Paramount+ in Australia, securing key distribution partnerships to drive its market entry and growth. Prior to that, as Head of Content Strategy and Commercialisation at Nine, he led the network’s digital content distribution strategy, ensuring real-time, multi-platform delivery across news, sport, and entertainment. He transformed Nine’s off-network business into a multimillion-dollar business unit, expanding content monetisation opportunities beyond the company’s owned platforms. His expertise lies in scaling digital businesses, audience engagement, commercialisation of content, helping media companies navigate the rapidly changing digital world. Throughout his career, he has held key roles at companies including Twitter, ABC, and Southern Cross Austereo.
