Caroline ("Spence") Swift creatively leads the entertainment slate at Warner Bros Discovery. Kicking off her career in production management (a long time ago), she moved into producing, working on Biggest Loser, Project Runway, Masterchef and Farmer Wants A Wife, before swapping over to development, running Fremantle's non-scripted development slate for 6 years. Exhausted from doing thousands of pitches, she landed at WB Discovery to take responsibility for The Bachelor franchise, Celebrity Apprentice, F-Boy Island, Selling Houses Australia and Back In Time to name but a few of the projects she has been involved in.
