Todd Abbott is the Commissioning Editor of Comedy at the ABC, overseeing the development, commissioning and production of scripted comedy programs across the broadcaster’s scripted slate, including Fisk, Austin, Summer Love, Mother and Son, Optics, Aunty Donna’s Coffee Café, In Limbo, Gold Diggers, White Fever, Rosehaven, Frayed and Utopia.

Prior to joining the ABC, Todd produced the multi-award-winning series Please Like Me, and programs with iconic comedians including Judith Lucy, Shaun Micallef and Roy & H.G. Todd’s career as a producer across two decades has also spanned entertainment, sport & events, factual and current affairs.
