Alistair Baldwin is a screenwriter, comedian, director & playwright based in Naarm / Melbourne.

His writing credits include Erotic Stories, The Weekly, Hard Quiz and Get Krack!n, and his directorial debut was the AACTA Award-winning web series Latecomers. He has provided story conferencing/development services to a range of projects (including Deadloch & Return To Paradise) and Inside Film named Alistair one of 2024's ‘Rising Talents’ in screenwriting.

His debut play Telethon Kid premiered at Malthouse Theatre in 2023 and was nominated for the Nick Enright Prize for Playwriting, shortlisted for the Griffin Award, and Highly Commended in the Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards Prize for Drama. He is Melbourne Theatre Company’s Playwriting Fellow for 2025.
