Biography
Producer and Executive Producer at Feisty Dame Productions, Tania Chambers' most recently produced scripted series Invisible Boys for Stan and Banijay Rights. Her previous feature films and tv series include: How to Please A Woman, A Few Less Men, Kill Me Three Times and Itch Series One, award-winning short films Gugu na Gogo, three Indigenous short films One Fine Day, High Tide and Dark Whispers and A Shared Affair, as well as the Boola Bardip WA Museum performance films.
Tania Chambers has produced the award-winning documentary Making Waves and executive produced the factual series End of Empire and Turning Point.
Previously Chief Executive of Screen NSW and Screenwest, Tania Chambers is a recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia and received the honorary award of Doctor of Performing Arts honoris causa from Edith Cowan University to recognise her dedication and commitment to the film, television and arts industries. Tania is a Screen Australia Board Member and former Member of the WA Screen Industry Diversity Leadership Group, Screen Australia’s Gender Matters Taskforce and former Vice-President of Screen Producers Australia.
