Alex Ristevski is a highly accomplished TV executive, whose career spans 20+ years across all facets of content creation and broadcast management, including development, commissioning, production, and programming. He has served in senior roles within both the broadcast and production sectors in Australia and abroad.

Prior to joining Matchbox in 2017 to head up their unscripted slate, Alex served as Format Creative Consultant at Dutch-based production giant, Talpa, with a focus on prime-time TV formats with international potential, across all unscripted genres. Working closely with founder, John de Mol, Alex worked across their slate of projects including talent shows The Voice and The Winner Is, reality show Utopia, game show Divided and factual series The Wishing Tree to name a few, all of which have enjoyed great international sales.
