Alistair Jennings is SVP, APAC Sales and Partnerships at the global film and TV studio FIFTH SEASON. Based in Hong Kong, Alistair leads the company’s television distribution business in Asia Pacific with responsibility for driving scripted and non-scripted content sales, and managing its commissions and co-productions in the region, with key Studio titles including Tokyo Vice for HBO Max and Wowow, Wolf Like Me for Peacock and Stan, and Strife for Foxtel. Alistair has led international distribution deals for key local productions including cult documentary series Escaping Utopia and the award winning comedy drama Madam starring Rachel Griffiths. Prior to joining FIFTH SEASON in January 2021, Alistair was VP, Content Protection APAC for the Motion Picture Association (MPA). Alistair also served as VP International Distribution with Sony Pictures Television for seven years, leading its content distribution business for the South East Asia region. He was previously Director of Program Distribution for The Walt Disney Company for Australia and New Zealand, having also worked as legal counsel and business affairs manager at Foxtel in Australia. Alistair began his career in commercial legal practice and holds Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne.
