Sam is a proud Ngarrindjeri and Ngugi man, who was raised on Arrernte country in Mparntwe, Alice Springs. Sam currently works as a Development and Investment Manager at Screen Australia’s First Nations Department.

Before joining Screen Australia, Sam worked in the screen sector as a writer and producer on projects including Little J & Big Cuz, Thalu, We Are Still Here, Mystery Road: Origin, Thou Shall Not Steal, and Larapinta.

Sam is a graduate of Screen Australia’s Indigenous Producers Program and has previously worked at First Nations production companies No Coincidence Media and Black Apple Productions.
