1. REGISTER FOR SCREEN FOREVER
SPA Connect is exclusive to Gold Coast 3-Day Badge holders.
To be considered for the highly anticipated Matched Market Meetings and the Production Partnerships Forum, prospective participants must complete their SCREEN FOREVER registration before submitting a project.
Project submissions are now open and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Friday 20 February 2026.
You must also be registered to book a seat at the Global and In-Person Marketplace
Roundtables.
Bookings for Global Marketplace Roundtables open at 12:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday 1 April 2026.
Bookings for In-Person Marketplace Roundtables open at 12:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday 8 April 2026
2. SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT VIA SCREEN FOREVER REGISTRATION FORM
For SCREEN FOREVER 40, SPA has introduced a new, streamlined submission process, integrating applications for Matched Market Meetings and the Production Partnerships Forum directly into the SCREEN FOREVER registration system.
Delegates can submit their projects during registration or return to update their registration at any time prior to the relevant submission deadlines, making it easier to register early and submit your projects at your convenience.
If you haven’t yet registered, please do so via the SCREEN FOREVER TICKETING page on the website.
To complete your registration, please proceed sequentially through the following four mandatory sections:
1) Begin Registration
2) Important Information
3) Personal Information
4) Professional Information
Upon successfully completing the professional information section, you will be directed to:
5) SPA Connect Project Submissions
Here, you will be prompted to indicate your interest in submitting projects for either the Matched Market Meetings or the Production Partnerships Forum.
By selecting 'Yes', you will be directed to provide details about your project by answering specific questions. You will have the opportunity to submit up to three (3) projects.
If you select ‘No’ to this question, you will skip the Project Submission page and can continue your application.
Please note that your registration will not save until you reach the Confirmation page. This will trigger a confirmation email.
Once you’ve completed your registration, you can save and come back but you MUST complete and confirm by 11:59 PM AEDT on Friday 20 February 2026.
If you want to modify your registration, please login to your existing profile via the “Click here to review or update your registration” link in your confirmation email. Once on the website, click the MODIFY REGISTRATION button.
Please note: Questions with square check boxes mean you can select as many as is appropriate
3. INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR SUBMISSION
For each project you plan to submit (up to 3) you will need to have the following information at hand:
- What type of SPA Connect Hosts you are interested in meeting with regarding this project
- Project Title
- Logline
- Project Status
- If it is a Feature Film or TV Series
- Project Format/Type (including Episode number and duration if it is a TV Series)
- If you have an Australian distributor attached
- If you have any attachments (Director, Writer, Producer, Cast)
- Genre
- Primary audience age
- Primary audience gender
- Total Budget range
4. YOUR ONE-PAGE PROJECT OVERVIEW
In addition to the details you provide as part of your registration form, you will also need to submit a One-Page Project Overview per project.
Your One-Page Project Overview should include all the following information:
- Project Title
- Format / Duration / Genre (*This information is important as it immediately illustrates to the reader what your project is - ie: a 90-minute rom com feature film or a 6 x 1hr thriller).
- Name of producer and contact details
- Logline
- One paragraph synopsis (Maximum 250 words)
- Project status
- Key creative attachments:
- For Feature Films + TV Series please include name of the producer, writer and/or director with 2 key credits and a link to their IMDB profile.
- For Unscripted TV please note any attachments including host, experts, contributors and if relevant, whether you have guaranteed access.
- Where relevant, please include any cast attachments.
- A short paragraph on your audience and pathway to audience (Maximum 150 words)
- Proposed budget range plus any committed finance and/or marketplace attachments.
- Please specify if your project is an original idea, existing IP or a format.
5. HELPFUL DEFINITIONS
Logline: The logline is a concise, one sentence summary of your project that captures the central conflict and the emotional stakes. It should immediately convey what your film or TV show is about and hook the reader. Max 50 words.
Limited Series: A limited series is a type of television program that tells a complete, self-contained story within a predetermined number of episodes, typically ranging from two to ten
Returnable Series: A returnable series means that the show will have more than one season, continuing to air new episodes and potentially concluding with a planned ending or expanding into new storylines
6. DISCLAIMER
Please note, that as meetings are matched based on buyer needs, we cannot guarantee delegates will receive a meeting/s.
In the first instance, meetings will be capped as follows:
2 x Online Global Market Matched Market Meetings per delegate.
2 x In-Person Matched Market Meetings per delegate.
2 x In Person Production Partnership Forum meetings per delegate.
In addition, delegates can book the following Marketplace Roundtables, on a first come first served basis:
3 x Global Marketplace Roundtables per delegate
2 x In-Person Marketplace Roundtables delegate
