Lily Darragh Harty leads all production for Inkitt's original microdramas, streaming on CandyJar. She oversees the full lifecycle of each of CandyJar's series, managing budgeting, scheduling, and delivery with a focus on scalable workflows and cross-functional alignment.

Lily's production leadership spans union and non-union environments and shoots across all major markets. Prior to Inkitt, she served as Head of Production at Purple Cactus and Amber Notes, leading premium branded content and auteur-driven short films from script to screen.
