SCREEN FOREVER 40 will have an Access Coordinator engaged to assist delegates with any
accessibility questions or needs. More details on the Access Coordinator will be available when registrations open in November 2025.

The Star Event Centre is an accessible venue. 

Accessible parking bays are located close to the car park entrance lobby.

Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue.

SPA provides Auslan interpreter services for all plenary sessions on day 1 and for the SPA Awards.

To make the conference more accessible, we will include captions on videos played in sessions this year. 

A low-sensory, quiet room for those who need to take a break from the high-energy environment will again be running through the conference. This room will be operating at all times when conference sessions are running.

If you require any assistance booking flights or transfers to the Gold Coast, dedicated SPA Services members will be available to assist.

SCREEN FOREVER delegates in 2026.
