We’re all a bit excited to welcome you to SCREEN FOREVER 36 in our new home on the Gold Coast! We are working really hard to ensure we run a safe, productive and memorable event that kicks our industry up a notch and provides an opportunity for us all to reconnect.

The health and safety of our guests, staff and the wider community is our number one priority in designing this event. We are doing things a little different this time around, and ask for your help.

If you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in recent contact with someone waiting the results of a COVID-19 test, please stay home and join the conference digitally.

We are working closely with The Star and Queensland Health to develop a robust COVID Safe Event Plan that allows us to gather, engage, reconnect and celebrate our industry and its resilience. We get that some people can’t or aren’t yet ready to travel, So we will make a limited digital experience available online.

However you engage with SCREEN FOREVER 36, we welcome you and thank you for your support. Let’s get back to business! 

If you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in recent contact with someone waiting the results of a COVID-19 test, please stay home. We will happily refund or exchange your ticket, but there are still ways you can participate, even from home.

If you are not able to attend the event because you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms of COVID-19, there are 3 options available to you:

1. Give your ticket to a friend or colleague while you rest up and recover. Email us to change the name to the lucky recipient.

2. Join in digitally using your registration email and username. Notify us and we will be assist in rescheduling and moving your meetings to the digital platform.

3. You can request a refund here, when you notify us prior to 10am AEST on 17th November.

We are unable to do refunds for part days or single days not attended.

Ticket cancellation requests, not related to the above physical event cancellation must be notified in writing to the  Conference Managers  and will incur the following cancellation fees:

• When notice received more than 91 days prior to the event: $50 administration fee charged on each refunded ticket.
• When notice received between 90 and 61 days prior to the event commencing: a 30% cancellation fee.
• When notice received between 60 and 31 days prior to the event commencing: a 50% cancellation fee.
• When notice received 30 days or less prior to the event commencing: not eligible for refund.

All tickets can be transferred into the name of a new delegate at no cost right up until 10:00am AEST on 17 November 2021 by emailing  registration@screenproducers.org.au.

Only one name change per ticket is allowed.
