Catherine has had over 25 years of experience in the media space in a wide range of roles including channel management, distribution and as an Executive Producer.

Since joining the Northern Pictures team in September 2014, she has had a slate of over 600 episodes commissioned in both Australia and Internationally including preschool series Teddies and Hiccup and Sneeze (both co-productions with Singapore) as well as factual entertainment series for Australian broadcasters Networks Nine and Seven and a large slate of original programming commission by Nat Geo Kids Latin America.

Catherine led the team for the scripted comedy series HARDBALL, which received numerous award nominations and wins, including an International Emmy for best youth fiction, The Japan Prize, the prestigious Fiction award at Prix Jeunesse among others. The second season of this highly acclaimed series premiered in June 2021 on ABC Me to outstanding numbers, and it continued to win awards globally. Catherine was EP on SPREADSHEET, starting Katherine Parkinson, for Paramount + and UK’s Channel 4. She was also a driving force behind Northern’s latest adult series for the ABC called AUSTIN which is currently in production on Season 2 and will appear on the BBC in 2025.
