Rachel Gardner has Produced and Executive Produced a wide range of award winning film and television drama and comedy.
Rachel joined See-Saw Films after working together on the 2013 produced NZ/UK co-production Slow West as the New Zealand producer. She heads See-Saw’s Australian film and TV slates and is looking for content that has ambition to speak to worldwide commissioners and international audiences.
As well as an active development slate, Rachel and the team at See-Saw currently have Samantha Strauss’s drama series The End with Foxtel and Sky UK in production with the second series of Netflix’s The New Legends of Monkey about to start pre-production. John Maclean’s second feature is scheduled to shoot next year.
Prior to joining See-Saw Films Rachel was a partner in Great Southern Television, a dynamic and independent production company based in New Zealand, producing over a hundred hours of prime-time programming in the seven years she drove the drama and factual slates.
