With over 20 years of experience in tv production as an executive, producer and director, Valentine has worked across multiple genres including scripted, entertainment & factual entertainment in both the UK & Australia.

As Vice President of International Live Action Production and Development for Paramount’s global Kids & Family Group, Valentine oversees live action development and production for Nickelodeon outside of the U.S. From identifying IP, through every stage of production to premiere, Valentine handles development, writing, casting, and post-production for Nickelodeon’s productions in multiple global regions including, Goldie’s Oldies (UK – Gold Medal, Venice TV Awards), Rock Island Mysteries (Aus), Nickelodeon’s Spyders (Israel) and Hunter Street (Netherlands) amongst others.

Valentine is also a mentor for Telly Mums and ScreenSkills mentoring scheme.
