The Event Hub is SCREEN FOREVER's virtual home. From here you can view your personalised Agenda, book 1:1 meetings with other delegates, access deals from our Partners, discuss various topics across a range of live chats and explore recommended sessions based on your interests.
Silver Pass holders have access to 1:1 digital networking with other delegates for the duration of the event.
To request a meeting, navigate to the Event Hub and click on the Request a Meeting button.
From here, you can browse the Delegate List and filter by name, business or job title. Please note, only delegates who 'opted in' to the Delegate List during their registration will be listed.
Once you have decided who you would like to meet with, click on the Request Meeting button under their person's name. Enter the proposed date, time, virtual location, meeting title and description. Click Submit.
If you cannot see the Request a Meeting button, please check your Registration to ensure you have a Silver Pass and have 'opted in' to the Delegate List.
If you need to update a meeting, the most efficient way is to delete your existing meeting and submit a new meeting request.
Bronze Pass holders do not have access to digital networking.
Bookings for the SPA Connect market go live on XX 2022.
Bookings are allocated on a "first in, first served" basis, and SPA cannot guarantee a place on any pitch or roundtable.
All Silver Pass holders will be emailed a direct link to submit their pitch and roundtable preferences as soon as bookings are live. Those who opt to participate will receive confirmation of their pitches and roundtables via email within five (5) business days. SPA will also add the pitches and roundtables to Your Agenda on your behalf.

A few tips for a great meeting experience:
- Use Google Chrome as your browser.
- Use headphones or earphones and sit in a quiet area.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Have your supporting materials ready so you don't waste time looking for them during the meeting.
Select sessions will have a live audience participation portion. To get involved, navigate to the session via Your Agenda in the EventHub or via the SCREEN FOREVER mobile app and click on the Q&A button.
From here you can post your own question or upvote someone else's.
If a session does not have a specific Q&A, we still encourage you to get involved in the discussion using the Chat feature in the EventHub.
Our event is a safe space for screen professionals of all backgrounds to connect, be inspired and do business without fear of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, or bullying. As such we expect all delegates to act in accordance with good industry practice and all applicable laws, to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards and to follow any reasonable directions given by the venue or conference staff.
If you believe someone has failed to meet this standard of behaviour please reach out to email@example.com.
We acknowledge and pay respects to the Yugambeh people of the Gold Coast and all their descendants both past and present. We also acknowledge the many Aboriginal people from other regions as well as Torres Strait and South Sea Islander people who now live in the local area and have made an important contribution to the community.
