- Which ticket type is best for me?
To be on the ground on the Gold Coast, you will need a GOLD COAST pass. This will also include access to the Online Global Market happening on days 4 & 5.
If you can’t make it to the Gold Coast, there are two options. The SILVER pass gives you access to the digital sessions plus the Online Global Market happening on days 4 & 5.
The Bronze pass gives you access only to the digital sessions.
- What is your COVID refund policy?
Should SCREEN FOREVER be unable to proceed for health and safety reasons and/or as a result of Government Health Directions, the event will proceed as a digital-only event. All Gold Coast passes will automatically become Silver passes and SPA will refund the price difference.
For further information about our refund policy see here (https://www.screenforever.org.au/36/cancellation-policy)
- Can I change my ticket type after I have purchased it?
