We’re eagerly counting down the days until we welcome you back to SCREEN FOREVER on the Gold Coast. 

Should SCREEN FOREVER 40 be unable to proceed for health and safety reasons and/or because of Government Health Directives, the event will proceed as a digital only event.

All Gold Coast 3-Day Badge holders will automatically receive a refund equal to 50% of their registration costs and have full access to the digital event, including SPA Connect which will take place online.

All tickets can be transferred into the name of a new delegate at no cost right up until 5pm, 17th April 2026 by emailing registration@screenproducers.org.au.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to SPA.
 

If your cancellation notification is received by SPA:

1. more than 31 days prior to the event, the greater of a $50 administration fee or 5% of the ticket price, is charged on each refunded ticket.
2. between 30 and 8 days prior to the event commencing, a 25% cancellation fee is charged on each refunded ticket.
3. 7 days or less prior to the event commencing, the delegate is not eligible for any refund.
