Emily Dash is an emerging writer, actor, producer and speaker. She has a wide range of credits across theatre and screen. Screenwriting credits include “Valiant” (2021) and “Groundhog Night” (2020) for Bus Stop Films, Johanna Garvin’s “The Milky Pop Kid” (Highly Commended for Writing - Sydney Film Festival 2017), “The Cards I’m Dealt” (shortlisted for Tropfest Short Film Festival 2016) and “I Am Not A Work of Art” (2015).

“Groundhog Night”, in which Emily co-starred with Robyn Nevin and John Batchelor, premiered at Sydney Film Festival 2020. It has had success nationally and internationally - including at Melbourne Women in Film Festival, St Kilda Film Festival (nominated for Best Screenplay), Cleveland International Film Festival (nominated for Best Comedy Short Film), Flickerfest International Film Festival, and Australian Short Film Today in St Tropez (where it was Runner Up). It is currently being developed for TV.
