Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend SCREEN FOREVER because you have tested possitve to COVID-19, there are 3 options available:

Transfer your pass to a friend or colleague while you rest up and recover.
Join the event digitally using your registration email and username. We will be happy to help you reschedule and move your meetings to the digital platform where possible and will offer you a partial refund (available until 10am Friday 25 March 2022).
Request a full refund (available until 10am on Monday 28 March 2022). We are unable to offer refunds for part days or single days not attended.

Gold Coast pass cancellations not related to a positive COVID-19 result must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers and will incur the following cancellation fees:

When notice received more than 91 days prior to the event: $50 administration fee charged on each refunded ticket.
When notice received between 90 and 61 days prior to the event commencing: a 30% cancellation fee on each refunded ticket.
When notice received between 60 and 31 days prior to the event commencing: a 50% cancellation fee on each refunded ticket.
When notice received 30 days or less prior to the event commencing: not eligible for refund.

All tickets can be transferred into the name of a new delegate at no cost right up until 10:00am, Monday, 28 March 2022 by emailing registration@screenproducers.org.au.
