Should SCREEN FOREVER be unable to proceed for health and safety reasons and/or as a result of Government Health Directions, the event will proceed as a digital only event. All Gold Coast passes will automatically become Silver passes and SPA will refund the price difference.
COVID-19 REFUND POLICY
If you are not able to attend SCREEN FOREVER because you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms of COVID-19, there are 3 options available:
Transfer your pass to a friend or colleague while you rest up and recover.
Join the event digitally using your registration email and username. We will be happy to help you reschedule and move your meetings to the digital platform.
Request a full refund (available until 10am on Monday 28 March 2022). We are unable to offer refunds for part days or single days not attended.
We acknowledge and pay respects to the Yugambeh people of the Gold Coast and all their descendants both past and present. We also acknowledge the many Aboriginal people from other regions as well as Torres Strait and South Sea Islander people who now live in the local area and have made an important contribution to the community.
