Zach Parker is the Legal & Business Affairs Manager at Fulcrum Media Finance. Zach leads the negotiation and drafting of Fulcrum’s loan and security documentation and reviews and negotiates the co-financier agreements and legal documentation for all of Fulcrum’s film and television projects. In this role, Zach has overseen the financing of over 100 Australian film and television projects. Zach has experience in a wide range of legal matters across film and television, including acting for producers, financiers and talent. Zach’s production credits include George Miller’s Three Thousand Years of Longing, Bryan Brown’s Palm Beach and the Australia-UK co-production Falling for Figaro. Before joining Fulcrum, Zach worked as a lawyer at Simpsons Solicitors, a boutique entertainment and media law firm.
