Dan has over 5 years’ experience in commercial, entertainment and media law, working across the sector in private practice, not-for-profits and as a Business Affairs Executive for the ABC. Dan’s practice focuses on providing strategic advice to clients in the music and film and television industries, aiding with business structuring for productions, licensing and investment agreements, acquisitions, development and distribution agreements, chain of title issues, talent agreements, performers releases and music licensing. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Creative Industries (Entertainment Industries) (Distinction). Dan is passionate about combining his legal and creative skill-sets to provide a benefit to his fellow creatives and is pro bono volunteer lawyer for the Arts Law Centre of Australia.
