Margaret is a Dhungutti/Gumbayngirr woman from Northern NSW, living and working on Gadigal Country. Currently, Margaret is Executive Producer (EP) of Scripted and Factual content in the ABC Children’s Television commissioning team. Prior to this role Margaret was Executive Producer of ABC Indigenous most recently serving as ABC EP on Preppers and All My Friends Are Racist.

Margaret has over 10 years working experience in media and communications during this time honing skills in development, editorial guidance, audience engagement and social media, content creation, strategy, brand, and community management with an emphasis on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander/First Nations content.
Our focus at ABC Children’s Television is to deliver ambitious, unique, and compelling stories that are world-class for our two audience segments - ABC KIDS for 3-6 year olds and ABC ME for 7-12 year olds. Whilst relatively new to this role, Margaret is thrilled to be, even a small part, of the team that brings some of the most beloved Australian content onto screens for young people everywhere.
