To make the most of your time at conference download the ATTENDEE MOBILE app from your respective app store and search for SCREEN FOREVER … or just scan the QR code below.

From here you can access information on conference speakers with their bios and the sessions they will participate in and a daily schedule of sessions and events. 

There is an in-built chat function where you can message other delegates directly to arrange your own meetings or just to say hi and connect. Look for the chat icon in the top right-hand corner of the delegate profile page. 

PREPARATION IS KEY

Last month we held our SCREEN FOREVER 37 Bootcamp, aimed at emerging and early career industry professionals wanting to make the most of their first time at the conference.

Re-watch the webinar via the link below for an overview of the extensive two-and-a-half-day program of industry panels and all-important social events.

It will also include a deep dive into the SPA Connect Market, with advice on maximising your time in front of commissioners and covers best practices for ultimate conference preparation.

Make sure your profile picture and bio are updated in your delegate registration.

You want to put your best foot forward, and other delegates will check out the delegate list in advance of arriving to see who they want to connect with on the ground. 

LOOK THE PART

We're anticipating some beautiful weather on the Gold Coast next week, so make sure to pack accordingly.

Feel free to embrace the relaxed Gold Coast style for the conference, keeping it appropriate, of course. 

The SPA Awards and SCREEN FOREVER Gala Party are opportunities to dress to impress – be boujee in black tie/cocktail or let your imagination run wild with bold colours and prints.

As we know, social networking is just as important as the business side of the conference, so make sure you plan to attend our social events.

On the program this year are our ever-popular Audio Network Opening Night Drinks with tunes provided by Patrick James and SCREEN FOREVER's resident DJ Commandeur.

Delegates can also look forward to the Screenrights Speed Networking Breakfast, the City of Gold Coast Sunset Cocktail Hour, and the SCREEN FOREVER Gala Party.

This year we are offering an opportunity for you to escape what can be a high-energy environment at
SCREEN FOREVER 37 by creating a Quiet Zone.

Consider this to be like the quiet carriage on the train.

We will ensure the lights are low, and there is very little sensory stimulation in this room during the designated times each day.
 

The Quiet Zone will be operating each day from 1 - 3pm, in room Broadbeach 2.
 

Please follow the rules below to ensure those who really need this space can benefit from them.
 

This area isn't a substitute meeting area so please don’t use it to hold meetings or engage in loud discussion.
 

Do not make phone calls while in this room.
 

Don’t feel the need to interact with others when you enter this room. A friendly smile is enough, feel free to just be with yourself and don’t get offended if someone else doesn’t engage with you.
 

If you have any concerns or need assistance, a SCREEN FOREVER 37 Volunteer will be near the entry to the room.
