Jac is a co-owner of Irish production company RippleWorld with producing partner Dominic Wright.

RippleWorld develop and produce original film and TV dramas for international distribution; and co-produce and provide first class production services to productions coming to Ireland or the UK, raising finance through tax credits, national and regional funding bodies and our established relationships with global distribution and financing partners.

Jac is an industry mentor for the national Screen Ireland Mentoring Scheme; on the Film and TV Drama committee for Screen Producers Ireland, on the national working group for Cultural & Creative Industries Skillnet; and was on the national Screen Skillnet steering committee 2019 – 2022.

Prior to founding RippleWorld, Jac worked for Canadian producer-distributor Cineflix, Kerry Packer’s ACP Magazines / Australian Consolidated Press and Channel 9 Australia.
