Biography
A graduate of University of Toronto, Paula has attended the prestigious
Canadian Film Centre, Trans-Atlantic Partners and was the first Canadian to
participate in the Inside Pictures Producer Program in London, UK. Paula is an
Indigenous Canadian from the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte First Nation.
As a feature producer she has worked with acclaimed filmmakers such as Neil
Jordan, Atom Egoyan, George Romero, Robert Lantos and Alex Kurtzman.
Paula produced on the feature films: GEORGE ROMERO’S DIARY OF THE
DEAD and SURVIVAL OF THE DEAD, the GINGER SNAPS sequel and prequel,
REAL TIME, , THE RIGHT KIND OF WRONG, WET BUM, REMEMBER
starring the legendary Christopher Plummer, INDIAN HORSE, GRETA -
starring Isabel Huppert, RUN WOMAN RUN, and STELLAR . Paula recently
finished production on the new feature BLOOD LINES by TIFF Top 10 director
Gail Maurice and STEAL AWAY by renowned director Clement Virgo.

Devonshire Productions’ feature development slate includes: the coming of age drama THIS ROAD OF MINE by Oscar nominated Greenlandic director Pipaluk Jorgenson, the fantasy/drama MERSEA by Lindsay MacKay, the Iceland co-pro HAG with director Marteinn Thorsson, and the adaptation of the Governor General’s award-winning novel MARY REPARATRIX.
