Garden Kitchen Bar Restaurant & Deck

IMPORTANT: 
The restaurant and deck space will be exclusive to SCREEN FOREVER 40 delegates. It will be open as an event meeting space, and not operational as a restaurant.  

Times are subject to change if wet weather contingency for social events needs to be put into play and the venue may need close early.

M&G Café

Outside the Events Centre, the M&G Cafe is available exclusively to delegates on Wednesday and Thursday:

Wednesday, 29 April -  8am-5pm

Thursday, 30 April – 8am-5pm 

The café will be operational, and delegates can purchase items as usual. 

SPA CONNECT Marquee
There will be a business lounge set up in the marquee where meetings can be held.

The Events Centre lawn

The Events Centre lawn can be used by all delegates for meals, breaks, meetings and general fresh air and sunshine during conference hours.

Note: SCREEN FOREVER badges or wristbands valid for the day of access MUST be worn to gain entry to the above spaces. Entry will be refused for those not holding a valid registration. No bookings can be made for these spaces.

The Quiet Room is a dedicated location for you to escape what can be a high-energy environment. Think of this room like the quiet carriage on the train. 

During designated times each day, there will be very little sensory stimulation. Lighting will be low, and no loud conversations will be allowed.

The Quiet Room will be open during session hours.

Please follow the rules below to ensure those who need this space can benefit from it: 
•    This area isn't a substitute meeting area, so please don’t use it to hold meetings. 
•    Do not make phone calls while in this room. 
•    Don’t feel the need to interact with others when you enter this room. A friendly smile is enough. Feel free to be with yourself; don’t get offended if someone else doesn’t engage with you.

Access Coordinator

SCREEN FOREVER 40 will have an Access Coordinator engaged to assist delegates with any accessibility questions or needs.

Stephanie Dower is available to support anyone who identifies as D/deaf, disabled, and/or neurodivergent.
